HBO Max released its trailer for Legendary, a new series in which eight of the most influential Houses in the ballroom scene will compete to win $100,000. Popularized by the documentary Paris is Burning and more recently the FX series Pose, ballroom dancing has become a staple of queer culture.
Judges will include Jameela Jamil, who faced criticism for being part of the show and consequently came out as queer, as well as Megan Thee Stallion. The show is set to debut on Wednesday, May 27th.
